CLEVELAND --?Browns center Cameron Erving?has been diagnosed with a pulmonary contusion and he will remain in the hospital overnight for observation.Erving left FirstEnergy Stadium in an ambulance after Clevelands 25-20 loss to Baltimore on Sunday.The team said in a statement that Erving was taken to University Hospital as a precaution. Erving was brought out of the locker room on a stretcher with his head immobilized.The ambulance was backed up to the locker room door, which is not typical.The team released a statement that read: Erving was experiencing cramps toward the end of the game, as well as discomfort in his chest and ribs.
