‘Toonpur Ka Superhero’ is a story about a reel life hero who accidentally lands in the world of cartoons, transforming into real life hero. It features versatile actor Ajay Devgan as the protagonist and is ably supported by a milieu of animated characters.

Toonpur Ka Superhero promises to be an outright entertainer. It is a healthy mixture of humour with various emotions and will appeal to the young and old alike.

‘Toonpur ka Superhero’ will have an international quality 3D Classical animation and will set global standards for Indian Cinema.

Speaking on the film Ajay Devgan commented “Toonpur… is a unique project for me as for the first time, I shall be interacting with animated cartoons. The story is very exciting and I am eagerly looking forward to work on this inimitable project”.

BHUJ: In a dramatic incident, two infiltrators, one from Pakistan and another from Myanmar escaped from the high security zone joint interrogation centre of Bhuj late night on Wednesday. The duo had been caught in 2001 and 2003, respectively and had been brought to the centre for questioning.

According to information, Misrilal Fakira Bhil, 24, from Pakistan and Yasim Badi Ahmed from Myanmar managed to run away by scaling the wall of the centre with the help of a rope. The authorities came to know of the missing infiltrators on Thursday morning. The Kutch police has sounded a red alert.

This is not the first time that prisoners kept at this high security zone managed to flee with ease. In the past as many as 11 Pakistani infiltrators had also escaped from the jail.

Kutch superintendent of police G S Mallik said that necessary actions, including suspension, would soon be taken against the erring officials or guards posted at the JIC situated near Haripar village, about two km from Bhuj.

Sources said that while the Pakistani infiltrator had claimed that he had slipped into India to meet Ajay Devgan in Mumbai, the Myanmar citizen wanted to slip into Pakistan in connection with a job.

We shaked hands with Ajay Devgan and he was no kind to talk with us. We handed over the letters, his Executive Assistant clicked two photos, and Mr. Devgan even wrote his autograph in the notebook of my daughter!
There are not more photos, and besides one may also not see the set, Assistant Mangesh looks strictly to it that nobody clicks pictures and nothing is published. Otherwise he would beat up that guy and destroy the camera, he said with a smile. We got offered Chai, vegetarian Sandwich, chairs (which someone else dragged off then again as soon as one got up :) ) and were allowed to have dinner in the VIP canteen.
And then it was over, the taxi brought us back to the hotel. The journey back in the evening passed fast. That was not the case during the day traffic in Mumbai streets, reaching the studios took us about two hours. Mangesh had fetched us with the taxi at the hotel and might have took time therefore about 4 hours all together, although he had never gone away, otherwise, longer than one hour from Ajay during working time, as he told us. This Mangesh is, by the way, a very likeable, most friendly young man. He also told us, that Ajay Devgan himself was of the opinion, it might be boring if we would have met him in the office, on the set it would be certainly much more enjoyable for us.
What should I say - the time which we were there passed like a flight, it seemed to be like a dream.... In addition to many impressions we got during the few days of our vacation.... We can hardly believe that Ajay Devgan was really so generous! Thank god we have the photos….

Greetings !!!

We take great pleasure to announce that our very own Ajay Devgan will be judging the finalist of LEAD INDIA - Episode to be aired on 5th Jan'08 on Star One. Apart from that Ajay will be seen on hoardings & other promotional mediums throughout India from the 30th Dec'07. LEAD INDIA has been extensively talked about even on the Internet.

Times of India had approached Mr. Devgan for the earlier episode where, Akshay Kumar is featured now, Times wanted to have Ajay Immediately after Mr. Bachchan's episode but since Ajay was busy shooting for Golmaal Returns in Goa & the dates were a problem.

We welcome your opinions on how a common man should LEAD INDIA.
