Williams technical director Pat Symonds says he is not aware of a loophole in next years regulations that is capable of giving a team an advantage similar to the one Brawn GP had in 2009.Brawn GP managed to win the title in its single year of competition, despite limited testing and a modest budget compared to its rivals.
