LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES: Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Use of any automatic means to enter the Promotion is prohibited. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Twitter accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods may be disqualified. The Sponsor, Twitter, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agencies (the Released Parties) are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed Tweet, or other electronic communications caused by the Participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion by Twitter or Sponsor, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Promotion or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Participant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register with Twitter will be deemed to be the Participant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address/Twitter account associated with the entry.
